For your custom drawing stamps, we will send you a draft within 1-2 business days after you place your order. One complimentary minor revision is available. Additional revisions may incur a small fee.

For other stamps such as personalized teacher stamps, we don't provide drafts.

Production begins 1-2 business days after you approve the draft. Please keep in mind that any delays in confirming the design may also affect the production timeline. Production and draft may be delayed depends on the volume of orders. We're here to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order!

For the most part, line-drawing style pictures can be turned into stamps. However, we do not provide designs for you. (For example, we cannot create a caricature or illustration based on a photo you provide.) Images like dog paw prints can be made into stamps if you provide us with a stamped photograph, but images with low quality may not be suitable for production.

Additionally, we are unable to reproduce images from other brands or ones that are subject to copyright. If a picture has too many details, it may be challenging to fit them all onto a stamp, so there may be slight modifications in the design based on the size.

To avoid any confusion, please send a photo right after placing your ordervia chat. Remember to use the same name and email address as your order when sending the picture.

Once an order has been submitted, all orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance, including: unexpected delays or change of mind. If your item is defective, please contact us at sundaypaloma.shop@gmail.com within 24 hrs. We will try our best to help you.

By placing your order, you are giving us permission to share photos of your stamp(s) on our social media. If you would prefer not to be featured, kindly mention it in the "add a note for the seller" section during checkout. Thanks for understanding!

Please useonly one colour / the same colourin your stamp to avoid damage. Mixing colours may result in malfunction. (Using our ink is recommended for the best results).

Please store ink bottles out of reach of children in a safe place. If ink comes into contact with skin, please wipe it off with alcohol. Ink is safe for children, but precautions should still be taken.

The colours of ink and stamp bodies may vary depending on the inventory restocking cycle. Please note that colours may appear differently based on monitor colours and resolution and it cannot be a reason for a refund or exchange.
