WITHIN CANADA

INSTOCK 
  • Sunday's Pick Items: Free shipping on orders over $29.99
  • Handmade: Free shipping on orders over $19.99
PRE-ORDER
  • Kids Clothes (Preorder): Free shipping on orders over $79.99
  • Shipping flat rates vary by province.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • If your order includes multiple in-stock categories, the highest free shipping threshold will apply.
  • Pre-order items are calculated separately.
If your cart contains BOTH pre-order and in-stock items:
  • Free shipping applies only if the pre-order subtotal and all in-stock category subtotals meet their respective thresholds, as pre-order and in-stock items ship separately to avoid delays.
  • If your in-stock items do not meet the free shipping threshold and you are willing to wait until the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse to ship everything together and save on shipping, please contact us before submitting your order.

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed
  • During peak periods (sales, restock and new release nights), please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.
  • Handmade items takes about 1-4 business days.
Preorder Items
  • Pre-order items have different processing and shipping times depending on the product, so please refer to the item details.
  • Pre-order items may have different shipping rates. Kindly check the details in the product description.
Shipping Time
  • Delivery may be delayed depending on your location or the shipping carrier’s circumstances.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unexpected delays
  • We do not ship to PO boxes
  • Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Orders that are refused upon delivery will not be refunded or reshipped, including the shipping fee
  • *Extra Shipping fees may be charged for orders over 2kg.
Shipping Protection   
    We offer optional shipping protection for your order, covering loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery — up to a maximum of $300.
    Please note: If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages. Refunds or replacements will not be provided  once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
