During peak periods (such as sales, restock and new release nights, and holidays), we kindly request you to allow for extended processing time for your order.

Before making a purchase, kindly take the time to thoroughly review the shipping policy.

Processing Time

  • Our usual processing time typically ranges from 3 to 8 business days, but please keep in mind this is just an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed and may take longer.
  • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

Shipping 

We are not responsible for late or delayed shipping once your order is picked up by carriers and your order cannot be refunded or cancelled. We don't deliver to PO boxes.

    • Any refused shipments or non-pickup orders are not refundable and 20% restocking fees may occur.
    • If the total weight of your parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee maybe charged.
    • You may be asked to pay for a shipping fee even if your order was eligible for free shipping, if you put the wrong address or zip code and needs to be reshipped or needs to be modified. In this case, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 
    • If your package hasn't arrived on time, please reach out to the shipping carriers for assistance before contacting us. We are not responsible for any missing packages, lost items, or delays in shipments.

     

    US & International Orders

    • We are not responsible for any duties or customs applied to your order. 

    • Shipping may take longer than estimated time range. 

     

    Out of stock / Delays

    Please note that there is a chance that the item(s) you've purchased may be out of stock or may take longer due to several reasons such as backorders, manufacturing issues during the processing stage. This could potentially cause a delay (15 -20 business days for order processing excluding shipping) in the delivery of your order.

    ** If you have special occasions or a specific date in mind, we cannot guarantee their timely arrival. **

    If the item(s) you've ordered are out of stock during processing, we will notify you via email.

    We do not individually notify each customer about processing time delays for every item. If you have not received your product within 30 business days, please reach out to us via email. hello@sundaypaloma.com

    Any remaining items cannot be refunded or cancelled and will be shipped to you at the earliest convenience possible. Please understand that remaining item(s) cannot be shipped separately.
