Returns + Safety

We always hope you love what you ordered, so if you aren't happy with your order, we are more than happy to help. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. All returns must be authorized by email first within 7 days of receiving your order at  sundaypaloma.shop@gmail.com. Proof of purchased is needed. Once inspected by our members and if approved, we will notify you via email.

Please understand that items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted. 

Refunds will be issued for returned items less shipping charges/costs.

All items purchased with a discount are considered final sale and may not be returned. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments.

Please understand that we cannot offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee a style or size your are looking for will still be available.

Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable). If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund. Due to hygiene reasons, items including but not limited to socks, underwear, hats, bedding and swimsuits are not returnable. 

Exchanges and returns are not permitted due to characteristics that occur during the manufacturing process or/and washing and drying process.

Colours may vary depending on monitor resolution and environment. Single flat product photos are the closest to the actual colour.

Restocking fee of 10% on returns over $200

Sunday Paloma is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. 

If you received your items damaged, please send us an email within 24hrs of receiving the products. We are more than happy to help. 

    - Please make sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If your item arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of your items. We are more than happy to assist you as soon as possible.  

    Gift cards are not refundable.
