Pre-order Policy

Pre-order items usually take weeks to arrive to us before shipping out to you. Please remember that if you are ordering pre-ordered items at the same time as in-stock items, they will ship together. If you do not want to wait for in-stock items to be shipped with pre-ordered items, please order separately.

We can not issue a refund if shipping takes longer than anticipated as this is completely out of our control due to customs processes or manufacturing schedule. Also, please note that when pre-orders are backordered, processing time may take longer than estimated time.

If pre-order items are sold out during processing time or before or after we place orders with our supplier, refunds will be issued in the order of which the order #s were received. Please understand that sometimes, items get sold out fast that even after we place orders with our suppliers, item(s) may be sold out. 

Our shipping estimated time may be subject to a slight delay or early arrival based on customs processes or supplier's schedule outside of our control. You cannot cancel a pre-order that has already been placed. Thank you for  understanding.
