Pickup Policy

Once your order is ready to be collected, you will receive a notification by email or text message used at checkout. 

You have 7 business days to collect your pickup orders. After this period, your orders will be automatically sent back to our warehouse and considered as refused shipments. You will be refunded according to our refund policy or will be charged if your original product price is less than the shipping plus refused pickup fee. 

Please DO NOT visit us without a notification since your order will not be available for pickup.

If you have not received a notification and it is past the estimated delivery date, please check your spam folder as it may be incorrectly filtered to junk mail.

 **For locations other than Richmond, you will receive a notification by email or text msg from Chitchats.com once your order is ready for pickup. It usually takes about 3-8 business days for your order(s) to be ready and you can collect your order during store hours. Orders may take longer than estimated and it cannot be a reason for cancellation or a refund.
